Position Description

Must be knowledgeable of MN Labor Laws; Public Employment Labor Relations Act; Minnesota Rules 5510; Minnesota Rules 5530; Minnesota Statute 572B; Labor Contracts; Grievance process; the law enforcement profession; and have training in cultural competency, racism, implicit bias and recognizing and valuing community diversity and cultural differences.
