Entity Powers and Duties, Activity Summary
The board issues, suspends and revokes licenses of organizations, distributors and manufacturers of gambling equipment, registers gambling equipment, collects license fees and inspects records, conducts hearings to ensure integrity of operations and compliance with all applicable laws and rules.

ACTIVITY SUMMARY

Regulate lawful gambling (pull-tabs, bingo tipboards, paddlewheels, and raffles); license organizations, manufacturers and distributors; investigate/audit lawful gambling sites (3,000); provide training and education. Of the $6,344,000 Fiscal Year Expenses, $10,000 are attributed to Board member activities.
