The council shall consult with and advise the commissioner on matters related to the establishment, maintenance, operation, and outcomes evaluation of palliative care initiatives in the state.
ACTIVITY SUMMARY
The Palliative Care Advisory Council was established in 2017. The bylaws were developed and adopted. Members are routinely appointed to open seats after an application process. Members are convened quarterly to discuss issues related to palliative care in Minnesota. Annual legislative reports are written and submitted.
